I work primarily and substantially in residential re-sale of homes and condos (with a an extensive understanding of condo documents including bylaws, special assessments, etc.), although I also have significant experience working with builders for clients looking to purchase new or build from scratch. In addition, I also work in country residential (acreage) sales and have experience in how to deal with the details of permits, water/well issues, road accesses, subdivision and encroachments. I am experienced with the Calgary communities but have also had numerous transactions in Airdrie, Chestermere, Cochrane, Strathmore, Okotoks, High River and Crossfield. I work with first-time buyers, sellers, families, investors looking to rent or 'flip' properties (usually foreclosures) and those looking to retire and down-size.

 In my personal life, I have bought and sold, built from scratch and have had tonnes of experience in renovating, so I know what it is like to be on the 'client' side of things as well.

My parents were both 35+ year realtors and I had the opportunity to be mentored under them when I started real estate 16 years ago after 15 years as a junior high/high school math and science teacher. I consider teaching an altruistic occupation and have endeavoured to bring that attitude with me when dealing with my clients.
