Marilyn is a huge believer in the Golden Rule. Treat other people the way you want to be treated! When she isn’t at home on her acreage spending time with her husband Reg and her dog Cheeko, she is actively helping people with their real estate goals. “My passion is first time home buyers. Helping people buy their very first home is exciting, and I love seeing how happy my clients are throughout the process.” Having two children in their 30's I know how important home ownership is for young clients.

Marilyn not only specializes with first time home buyers, but she is very keen in helping people with all aspects of real estate. Owning a couple of investment properties herself  she has the tools and knowledge to guide people to make sound decisions with income properties. She also is filled with knowledge on acreages as she lives on one herself south of Lethbridge. Plus she has ten years of new home construction experience. “Since I have worked for a new home builder in Lethbridge previously, I can explain what’s involved with building and buying brand new homes.
