The one that actually trains you. At REMAX First, you start with a 4-day bootcamp led by Bri Clark-Farmer, built to get you competent to help buyers and sellers as early in your career as possible. From there, one of our three office managers who focus on new agents works with you one-on-one, and you have a mentor in your corner.

Beyond the bootcamp, you get our Video Vault to learn on your schedule, Brian Buffini's 100 Days to Greatness, and our Professional Speaker Series, with experts like Denise Hendrix of Hendrix Law on foreclosures and Kevin Nemrava of Axiom Geomatics on RPRs. Our AI training covers different LLMs, building workflows with bots, and using AI practically every day, because AI is a lot more than a listing write-up tool.

Before you choose, ask any brokerage who trains you, who you call when an offer goes sideways at 8 pm, and what your first 90 days look like.

Meet RECA's eligibility requirements, complete pre-licensing education with a RECA-recognized provider, and pass the exams. Then you apply for your licence through an Alberta brokerage, with a current criminal record check. That last step is where we come in.

Yes, and you should. You will need a brokerage to get licensed, so it is better to pick one with a clear head than in a rush after your exam.

Yes. There is a home for agents at every stage of their career at REMAX First, and training does not stop after year one. Every week, our Monday Morning Collaboration Meetings bring the office together, and they always feature Jeff Kahane of Kahane Law.
