Simply complete the Payload deposit form located at the bottom of this page. Once submitted, your payment is processed directly into our trust account using encrypted, bank-level security.

Please note: Trust deposits are withdrawn from the buyers account within 1-2 business days. Funds are not withdrawn from a client account at the time of submission. Please allow 3 full business days for the funds to be deposited to REMAX First trust.

To streamline the process, please have the following details handy:

  • Buyer’s full legal name and email address (for the confirmation receipt)

  • Full municipal address of the property being purchased

  • Listing REALTOR®’s name

  • Buyer’s REALTOR®’s name and email (to receive a copy of the receipt)
